The goal of most developers is to pack as many features as possible into software, but the goal of end users is quite the opposite. End users want to keep things as simple as possible so that they may effectively sell their products or services and spend less time going through settings. The more irrelevant choices that are shown on a page means that end users have a greater chance of making mistakes by accidentally choosing options that don’t exist in their business. Therefore, simplifying the screens for them by removing items that would cause an issue for them if checked seems like a very reasonable request. Rather than arguing with my customers about why they want it removed, I provide a form of customer service where I try to resolve the issue they have, and they asked for me to remove Virtual and Downloadable so their normal staff inputting products won’t accidentally click the wrong box, which they have.
So again, the question is: How can one remove the options for Virtual and Downloadable?

Hi,
Yes, they are there. The question is how to get rid of them.
Thanks
