Yes, there is a standard color picker for the home page, and specifically for the “info area” which is the element I want to modify. It is in what I assume would be the normal place, under appearance>customize

Oh, forgot to mention, I am able to use rgba in other parts of the site (ex header text on pages).
Just not on this one particular element.

I do understand the difference, however, the rgba does not work no matter what the value I use. Still does not work 🙁
