In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Wrong translation for HebrewHi @mstudioil,
Translations of our plugins are done automatically via DeepL and Google Translate, but we do fix them in the plugin when reported by our customers.
1. Could you send us the correct translation string for the text “Contact”, and indicate what part of the checkout page is being affected by this wrong translation?
2. Answering your question, we have a documentation article on how to translate or customize our plugin’s translations. You can read more about this here:
Kind regards,
Diego.Hi @mmcampbell1989,

Kind regards,
Diego.Update: The issue was related to the plugin Boodil Payment, which was removed from the customer’s website.

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Great design for checkout flowHi @boozebrorsan,
Thanks for the prompt changes and for the heads up.
We have checked and the plugins work well together without any changes from our side with the current latest versions.
We will remove the modified Klarna scripts from our code, these changes will be available with the next release of Fluid Checkout.
Since no further charges will be needed from your side and things are working as expected, I won’t give any update here anymore and you can close this topic.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Billing address for local pickupHi @cmhg,
Making the billing address conditionally required to when a local pickup shipping method is selected falls under customization work which is not covered by our support scope.
Also, optimizations for the local pickup shipping methods is a feature only available with Fluid Checkout PRO. For that reason, we cannot provide support for that feature through this support forum according to the ww.wp.xz.cn Support Guidelines.
With our Local Pickup PRO feature, the billing address section automatically expands when the shipping address is not available, as when a local pickup shipping method is selected, when it was previously collapsed when the checkbox option “Same as shipping address” was previously selected.
If you have any further questions regarding the local pickup or any other PRO feature, please contact us through our main support channel.
I’m closing this topic for now.
Kind regards,
Diego.Hi @boozebrorsan,
That is great news! I’ll keep an eye out for the update, but can I also ask you to let me know here so I get a notification.
Once the new version is out, we will change our plugin to stop replacing your scripts and will only replace it for older versions to keep it backwards compatible.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Undefined propertyHi @alx359,
Thanks for confirming. We have now integrated solution from
alpha-2into the code for the next patch version which will be released in the next couple of days. For now, you could also use the beta version from the link below, which should be ready for production use. As always, just make sure to take a full backup of your website before installing this update, in case anything goes wrong.

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Undefined propertyHi @alx359,
We were still not able to reproduce the issue on our local development environment using either of the PayPal plugin, whether using the plugin “Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce” or the official plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Payments”.
In any case, we’ve made some changes to the plugin to try to mitigate this problem but cannot validate whether it would fix the issue for you and the other customer who reported this issue.
1. Could you try using one of the two alpha versions below, and let us know which one fixes the issue, if any? Please note that these alpha versions are early development versions for this fix and are not ready for use on a Live/Production environment.
- Lite (alpha 1): https://t2449427.p.clickup-attachments.com/t2449427/7619e0bd-3cdb-4ec6-8453-319d9415bc2c/fluid-checkout-4.1.5-alpha-1.zip
- Lite (alpha 2): https://t2449427.p.clickup-attachments.com/t2449427/fc32998b-289a-441d-aecd-866c50068f83/fluid-checkout-4.1.5-alpha-2.zip
If the problem persists after updating to these alpha versions, trying one at a time, there might be some other component or configuration which triggers this issue.
2. Could you prepare a test/staging copy of your website where this problem can be reproduced, and contact us on our main support channel to share access to your staging site so we can continue with the investigation? Please do not share any sensitive information on this public support forum.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce - Lite] Undefined propertyHi @alx359,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We are investigating this but cannot yet consistently reproduce this issue.
This seems related to a compatibility issue with the plugin WooCommerce PayPal Payments, as reported by another customer.
1. Could you confirm whether you are also using the plugin WooCommerce PayPal Payments on your website?
2. Could you run a plugin conflict test to find out which plugin or theme might be conflicting with Fluid Checkout on your setup?
Basically, you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/Once we know what plugin or theme is causing this compatibility issue with Fluid Checkout, then we can work on fixing it.
