* I changed to the developer account – had the pro one before
* I removed the blank after the API key that came from the Deepl website.I think it was the last, as then the number of characters left appeared. So, try the thing with the blank first, only then change your account.

Now I see my text again in the visual editor.—

what did the trick for me: if you copy the API code from Deepl, it adds a space in front of the code. Once I removed that, it worked – although not like a charm, the pictures were not where they were supposed to be.
