In reply to: [WooCommerce] Meta – Custom Field illegal characters or syntax rulesFrom what I’ve gleaned, the safest name for meta fields are: alpha-numeric characters and underscores (A-z, 0-9, and _ ). Although I haven’t found anything specifically saying this, other characters seem to cause different behaviors in PHP and I don’t know about javascript, but I guess it’s the same. If it’s safe to do so, I’ll follow the steps above: ‘export products to csv and change the column header from ‘meta: stock#‘ to something like ‘meta: sku2 ‘ or ‘meta:SKU_2’. I don’t know if upon re-importing, if it will change the column header or simply create another column in addition to ‘meta: stock#’
Thanks for that. Getting ‘attacked’ really leaves one’s head spinning.

In reply to: reCAPTCHA for Checkout pageI would be interested in knowing how this turns out. I have used reCAPTCHA for woocommerce by Thirteen Web Solutions and I’m trying to troubleshoot something related.
Apologies. When I clicked on the details it showed EA. https://www.dropbox.com/s/sn7ntvgz6e2yco1/ea%20switch.jpg?dl=0

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical IssueThanks for confirming those steps. I clicked: disconnect, connect, allow access, verify, and entered a test email. Everything worked and I confirmed it was added to the customer list. Thank you for your hard work in getting it working again!

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical IssueI was just getting ready to thank you for your response and wish you luck with reviewing the details when I saw your 2nd response about the updates that rolled out. Thanks for letting me/us know that you were working on it.
I updated the plugin to 2.8.1 and activated it. I tried to sign up on my site and it quickly showed ‘processing,’ then, ‘Email not added. Please try again.’ showed up in red under the Name field. I checked the settings and client id and client secret fields are showing. In Forms, List: it says ‘List Not Found’
When I edit the form, Client is blank and clicking the dropdown does not show anything. I tried deactivating and activating and logged out and back in, but I couldn’t get it to work.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue9 days and no word from support? I’m shocked. I thought Campaign Monitor was making an effort to get this plugin functional again!

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Randomly disconnectsThat was the step I needed to repeat. Once I disconnected, it seems to be working properly. THANKS!!!

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Randomly disconnectsYes I deactivated it and reactivated it. I didn’t uninstall/reinstall, because I did not want to lose the 2 forms that I had made. Is there a way to back the forms up? I would try try to delete/reinstall then. Also, I am on a managed platform WP Engine. I just ran into problems with caching of the checkout page. It was fixed by removing that permalink from caching. Could caching cause any problem here? Thanks for your response.

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Randomly disconnectsI tried the new updated plugin 2.8.0 with WP 5.2.2 and unfortunately it’s the same behavior. On the form, List Not Found. Client is not showing. I entered the Client ID, Client secret 3 times and received ‘success!’ But then the info was not there.

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Randomly disconnectsI tried disconnecting and reconnecting and it still shows “list not found.” I figure an update of WP did this. I either create my own pop up that emails me the info and I enter it manually or I link to the ‘Your Subscribe Page.’ Not awesome.
