In reply to: Redesigned.. better?Oh, just followed the link to the old design. That’s good too, but I like the sparseness of the new one. Overall the new one is very original. The old one is original with color and gradients, but the layout of the new one is cooler, simpler, sparse.

In reply to: Post display order using Nicer ArchivesIn going through the major wordpress player sites, such as weblogtoolscollection.com, binarybonsai.com, mindfulmusings.net, and billhayes.us I’ve noticed that all of them show the oldest post per category when you sort by category. I was wondering if anyone has come up with a solution to do the reverse yet. I’ve tinkered but I admit that I’m lost to this task. The way it is now seems counter to what most people would want to do with nicerarchives.
Please, anyway? This would make nicerarchive what it seems it was meant to be, i.e., sortable and editable.
My main difference is that I’m using narchives_cats.php to exclude certain categories, posted at http://www.qogo.com/wpplugins/, but I think if a solution is posted for the regular version I’d be able to put it together in any version.
