Thanks for your response. I know how to change the amount manually and I have been doing that but I have to do it so frequently it is becoming annoying. I do receive offline donations and they are completed according to your instructions. I am assuming this bug is unknown and there is no resolution for it?

I am not sure how the ticket was marked resolved if it was clearly not. I tried multiple times to submit support request through your website and it does not work.

I tried and filled out the form twice and it is not working ” does not submit” the button clicks and nothing happens 🙂 Let me know when it’s fixed.

Hi there, I just updated cUrl as mentioned earlier and tried a transaction and it still did not work :(. I am going to try one more thing which is a different payment gateway and see. Please let me know if there are any suggestions.
