In reply to: [WP Responsive Recent Post Slider/Carousel] Excerpt Title lengthI increased it to 12, and it looks much better now, only in responsive design it is not showing … but some of the “text” under the image.. maybe some css trick should be able to fix this?

?php echo wprpsp_limit_words( get_the_title(), 6 );cause limit of words in the title is for some reason fixed to 6 which doesn’t make much sense because you will always have a different number of words, and the character’s number will not be the same.

Tried to write e-mails for support including license key as proof that plugin was purchased, but no answer for more than 2 weeks.
Hi @patelketan , thank you for your answer. Yes, I am using premium version, but I only received Activation code from the client, because they made the purchase, I’m not able to login on your support website though.
Can you give me maybe instructions how can I raise the ticket in behalf of them, because they are not really into technical stuff. I can only provide you activation code as a proof,
