No, this did not accomplish what I was hoping to do but thank you for trying.
I am using a child theme.
I guess it depends on the browser you are viewing it in. In Firefox, the image spans the width of all the columns as I was hoping for but the sidebar copy is still on the header image. In Safari, the header image is constrained to the width of the left column but that is not the look that I was trying to achieve.
Here is a link to one page as an example of the issue I was having:
http://canyonsurgerycenter.greenstreetmkg.com/faqs/I have a work around that achieves what I’d like using the Page Centered layout and then utilizing the in-line columns but I fear that others updating the site will mess that up since it relies on hand coding.

In reply to: [MaxButtons - Create buttons] responsive issuei’ve tried both avenues and neither have made any difference. maybe it’s not compatible with the edin template? i tried placing a button on a page not using the slider and it was unresponsive in either mode. i’ll keep working on a solution.

I see that the step-by-step isn’t completed yet, but it was enough for me to figure it out. After creating the button style, you have to save it by clicking the “Publish” button…I got confused because the editor is housed on a Post page. Thank you SO much for the walk-through…it’s just what I needed!!
Also, they don’t seem to be responsive…any chance that feature is coming up?

The custom style creator is wonderful but I’m not sure how to go about creating the button after setting up the style. It only appears to generate the styles so how do I edit the button text and add an icon?
