 * With further testing, I was able to determine that it was not a thumbnail, but
   a keyhole view of the video. As you said, the video provider created these as
   a fixed width, which is made worse because the controls actually are positioned
   absolutely, and did not appear in the keyhole. By selecting the smaller sized
   video, I was able to get it to play within your plugin, but as you suspected,
   it would not resize with different screen sizes. I am going to report this back
   to the video provider and see if they will fix this problem on their end.
 * You should know that I have used your plugin successfully on another site, and
   I am recommending that the owner of that site make a donation!

 * It worked for us. You don’t need to disable Jetpack altogether, just turn off
   shortcodes.

 * It turns out that we have a conflict between NextGEN and Jetpack. We are trying
   the fix recommended by Jetpack of turning off the shortcodes in the Jetpack plugin.

 * It would be VERY helpful if radio buttons and check boxes weren’t made the same
   width as text input fields, but WERE placed in a separate div the way text fields
   are.

 * This worked for me =>
 * CSS style for form input titles on the contact form:
    text-align:left; padding-
   top:5px; float:left; clear:left; border-bottom:1px solid silver; width:125px;
 * CSS style for form input fields DIV on the contact form:
    text-align:left; display:
   inline-block;
 * But that creates another problem. Check boxes and radio buttons are placed in
   the same div as their label instead of a separate div like text fields. You can
   see what happens here:
