In reply to: Error when trying to get login for wp-adminStill not resolved this issue. I’ve now, cleared browser cache, deactivated all plugins, deactivated my theme (and child theme), but still can’t access my admin login page.
Still getting:
A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.
And the URL when this error is displayed is:
http://www.bsab.co.uk/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bsab.co.uk%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1I really need to get this issue fixed, so any help anyone can offer would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Error when trying to get login for wp-adminHi @jcastaneda,
Haven’t tried deactivating plugins yet, as everything was working fine last time I accessed wp-admin, and I simply posted a new blog post and did not updates/upgrades. I was wondering why deactivating plugins may help when I haven’t changed anything?I have tried deactivating plugins by renaming /wp-content/plugins/ to /wp-content/pluginsXX/, but I still get the same error when I try to access wp-admin.Note my website is still accessible to public at http://www.bsab.co.uk, it’s just the wp-admin that I can’t get into.
If it helps the URL seems to redirect to http://www.bsab.co.uk/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bsab.co.uk%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

In reply to: Where to add Global Site Tag tracking code in child themeGreat thank you, I’ll try that.
Resolve issue myself – The images were too large! I reduced the size of the images and they all loaded fine without any issues

In reply to: All plugins lostThink I’ve managed to fix issue, my plugins folder under wp-content had disappeared. I’ve restored it from backup and I think all is now ok.
