    Hello Prithvi,

    Thank you for your reply.

Since this appears to be a different issue, I kindly recommend creating a new topic for it. This helps keep the forum organized and ensures we follow the forum guidelines.

    Hello EnvisionDesign,

    Thank you for your reply.

Have you had a chance to switch to a default theme to check if the issue still occurs?

When testing, please also disable the Beaver Builder plugin and any of its addons. I suspect the issue may be related to how the theme or page builder is handling the variations dropdown.

Before making any changes, please ensure you create a full backup of your site. Alternatively, you can set up a staging site to perform this test.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hello christamcc,

Thank you for sharing the system status report. I’ve reviewed it, and so far, I haven’t noticed anything that appears to be a clear issue.

To investigate this further, I suspect the problem might be related to a plugin conflict. I recommend setting up a staging site and running a conflict test there. This will help us identify any conflicting plugins without affecting your live site.

Please let me know about your findings.

    Best regards.

    Hello vbosch,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please let me know if you had a chance to install the Query Monitor and WP Crontrol plugins? If not, I recommend giving them a try. Once you’ve done that, please share your findings with me.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello vbosch,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re seeing the fetch_patterns action running repeatedly in Scheduled Actions, over 100,000 times in the past month, and you’re also experiencing very slow dashboard performance.

This kind of behavior is unusual and could be contributing to the performance issues. A scheduled action running every few seconds suggests that something may be misconfigured.

To investigate further, could you please share your System Status Report? You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

In the meantime, you can try the following:
    – Check WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any related errors.
    – Use Query Monitor to identify performance bottlenecks.
    – Use WP Crontrol plugin to check for any issues with WP-Cron.

Once I have more information, I can help you pinpoint the cause more accurately. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello clandmx,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re having trouble with WooCommerce Analytics not displaying any data, even after disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme.

To help you further, please share your site’s System Status Report. You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here. Also, kindly check for any relevant errors under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share them the same way.

One important step: when you disabled the plugins and switched to the default theme, did you place a new order while in that setup? If not, please try placing a test order and then check if the analytics data appears. Sometimes, the analytics only start tracking from new events after the conflict testing setup.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hello SRD75,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please clarify your question a bit further? Are you asking how to create a product with an attribute that includes a plus sign (+) in its name?

Additionally, if you could share some screenshots showing where you saw the attribute being renamed from “PrimeCare” to “PrimeCare+”, that would be very helpful. It’s a bit unusual for an attribute name to change in that way, so seeing the context will help me better understand what’s happening.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hello aussieles,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re trying to set up enhanced conversions and want to know how our plugin integrates with Google Analytics.

For advanced tracking options, I recommend Google Analytics Pro for WooCommerce. This plugin turbocharges the integration between your WooCommerce store and your free Google Analytics account. It gives you detailed insights into your store’s traffic and eCommerce events, helping you optimize your sales funnel and increase revenue.

Regarding Google Analytics for WooCommerce, you do not need to set up Google Tag separately. The plugin takes care of tracking and conversion events, so there’s no need to manually add the Google Tag or use Google Tag Manager. You can find more details in this documentation.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards.

    Hello alovalwp,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please please share your site’s System Status Report again?
You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

Did you try the conflict test? This might help in determining the cause of the issue. I recommend first disabling cache and security plugins and checking if that fixes the issue. If not, then go for full conflict testing.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello tanmay15,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that the import plugin we previously suggested isn’t meeting your needs.

For testing purposes, it’s perfectly safe to disable all plugins except WooCommerce on your staging site. I realize this may temporarily affect the layout and design, but that’s completely fine in a staging environment.

Our main goal here is to test the import functionality in isolation and see if the issue still occurs. Please let me know if you need any help with this process or have any concerns.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

I understand you were initially having trouble creating a ticket at WooCommerce.com, but I’m glad to hear you were able to submit one through the chat option.

Could you please check if you received an email confirmation with the ticket number? If so, kindly share the ticket number here so I can ensure a prompt follow-up on your request.

    Have a great day!

    Hello cpyles,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that you’ve followed the steps provided by Pinterest support and are now waiting for the 48 hours for the changes to take effect.

If the issue continues after that time, I recommend temporarily disabling any SEO, caching, and security plugins on your site and then trying again. These types of plugins can sometimes interfere with how Pinterest reads data from your website.

Please feel free to reach out if you need help with this or have any other questions!

    Best regards.
