gacb : Are you sure the database details are correct? Do double-check them with database details of LimeSurvey(survey/config.php).
The above error simply means database details provided aren’t correct!

In reply to: [SurveyPress] [Plugin: SurveyPress] Setup Infomoonhopper, What you are trying to achieve will involve tokens and currently this plugin doesn’t deal with tokens. So, for now, all that is feasible is: Make you survey private and if you download the latest version of plugin, it’ll list private surveys as well! You don’t need to make surveys public anymore so that it get listed in user dashboard.
justicej : it’s not an error, just a warning. If the LS base url doesn’t end with a slash ‘/’, you must be doing fine 🙂 Don’t worry!
