The new Widget area will not edit 90% of my widgets. Several are standard HTML that I added as “Custom” and several like “recent Posts” and “Categories” are basic, everyday functions.

I ran into the Publish Button not working with the CKEditor (which I had to use when editing pages with AWeber code in it since 3.9 – BTW You do need to uncheck some options in the advanced section). What worked for me was to Save the draft, click the Pages menu option, find the page or post, use the Quick Edit Option, change the status to Published and click the Update button.
A small pain, but it works,
