Tax classes can be assigned to products, and different rates can be assigned to these classes (in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax).

Hi @franks123. What version of WooCommerce Admin do you have installed on your site? Is it the latest version? Also, are you trying to update to WooCommerce 5.1.0 (rather than 5.0.1)?

woocommerce_cancel_unpaid_orders. Can you checkout on your site but don’t complete payment so that there is an order with status Pending Payment and then check the Cron Events to see if an event with hookwoocommerce_cancel_unpaid_ordersis created? If not, then something is preventing the that and I would recommend conflict testing as a next step.Hi @ehmarketing. I tested with from both Processing and Completed order statuses. Can you go to Dashboard > Updates in WP Admin and check if there are any language updates? If there are, run them to see if that helps.

I’m a bit unsure what you mean by “blank variations”. The bulk option I can think of for creating variations is to use the CSV importer in WooCommerce. However, each variation has to be assigned to a product on import.
