I’m a bit unclear about how the plugin you’re looking for should work. Do you mean that the prices cannot be changed for the products in WooCommerce because of the product sync? Where would be new marked up price be stored and at what point?

Hi @coffeyrd. It sounds like some orders go through without problems using PayPal Checkout while some do not. Please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.
Also, when the issue occurs, could you please check for errors in the browser console? I tried to visit your site’s checkout to take a look but got an error:

Hi @tabyp. Sorry that we missed your response. If you are still facing this issue, I would recommend that you delete and then reset all Facebook products and then try the sync again to see if that helps.

Hi @gretam. Sorry we missed your responses.
After getting it to work the new added products have the following issues:
https://ibb.co/BTrtCd8 – Please check the image. The product type didn’t come and it gave “Channels” issue.
Is there a way they worked fine without editing the product after sync?Is this issue happening for all newly added products but not previously synced ones? Also, could you please share a screenshot of the Channels tab?
And another question- Is it possible to sync only the original product without its variants and attributes?
There is no setting in Facebook for WooCommerce to sync only the parent product but not the variations.

My first recommendation is to do some conflict testing on your site to see if you can figure out what is causing the problem. We have a guide to help with that here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
If that doesn’t help, please ask your hosting company if there are errors logged related to MySQL running out of resources. Hopefully that provides some information to come up with a solution.
