there are posts in the category, but it doesnt show as if there’s a parent,i dont have this option

the parent dropdown doesn;t show up, the only thing i see is ‘Template’
and below there’s ‘order’If i want to have a header on the hompage, About, Contact us etc…they don;t show up even though i created a page
