Great thanks! I overlooked or maybe after Elementor update there really is the field where I can change Date and Time format.
I had the same issue. I am using Yoast SEO plugin, so at page where I edit homepage (WordPress default) I looked for Yoast settings and edited SEO title. Now browser tab displays what I want and should be displayed in search result as well.
