In reply to: [Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile] Mobile performanceHi @elliotvs . How are you doing?
I’m just wondering if you have any notable updates to report on this. Thanks for looking into this further.

In reply to: [Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile] Mobile performanceChanging to Managed Mode has improved things on one of our websites. It’s for the WooCommerce registration page only, and so far testing on mobile shows zero issues. It’s not an ideal fix, as the turnstile challenge is pig ugly, but it has stopped the spam registrations from appearing. Hoping for a similar fix for the invisible mode.

In reply to: [Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile] Mobile performanceHey @elliotvs . Thanks for the update. I’ve removed the [cf7-simple-turnstile] from the appointment form for now as well. Hopefully a simple fix?! Keep me posted please.

In reply to: [Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile] Mobile performance@mark-jansen when you say you can reproduce the issue, is this on your own website?

In reply to: [Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile] Mobile performanceI’ve been testing on other websites, using different hosting providers and ways to integrate turnstile – one is using the WP Forms integration, and I can replicate the same issues mentioned above. Dare I say it, is this a Cloudflare specific issue?

In reply to: [Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile] Mobile performanceI thought it worked as expected, without a delay etc, if we disabled EWWW > All resources (Use Easy IO for all resources in wp-includes/ and wp-content/, including JavaScript, CSS, fonts, etc.) to load via the EWWW EasyIO CDN.
Sadly, it still loads with the delay on pages using turnstile.

In reply to: [Outdated Template Updater for WooCommerce] Basic & Useful🚀 Thank you.
Similar issue to us, thread created here.
Yesterday, we checked the database of a few of the “Pending Payment” orders. What we discovered was each order did not have a charge_id in the database table wp_wc_orders.
We were actually trying to partially refund one of the orders, and the connection with Stripe failed. So, we did some further digging and found out the below when looking in the database.
Which hosting provider are you with, out of interest?
Hey @rajeshml . Thanks for the reply.
I’ve just created a ticket. Ticket #8903799. If you can have this looked at that would be appreciated.
Thank you very much
Not a problem. I’ve got a post here actually https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/unpaid-order-cancelled-2/. I’ve just re-opened the topic.
Seems we have had this problem again. 6 orders from the 10th October to 16th October, all doing the same thing and with the same Order Notes.
To summarise, the payment is successfully taken by Stripe, all webhook/api responses come back with the 200 status codes with a “Stripe charge complete (Charge ID: ch_3QASbuHk8vXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)” order note. The order notes also state “Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.” yet, the order status remains on “Pending Payment” until we manually change the status.
The order confirmation email is also triggered correctly at the point the order notes are added automatically, by WooCommerce/Stripe webhook/api. This is the case for all 11 orders that have done this.
I’m seeing a handful of similar posts on this topic. Does anyone have any ideas?
Many thanks, J
experiencing the same issue as above.
any feedback?
Hey @mattthomas-photography .
We’ve the exact same issue on one of our websites. Been going on for about a month now. We created a ticket here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/unpaid-order-cancelled-2/
We thought it resolved itself, but sadly over the weekend we had 5 orders all do the same thing as you have reported. Really random.
All API calls are working, status codes from Stripe are 200. Our hosting and developers have been looking at it, still nothing 🙈.
It started for us back in September
