Its hard to get to there pc and see as they are on the other side of the country. The information I have been provided with from them says that they are Pressing proceed to checkout and the it does not do anything not even the spinning disk. I have asked for a screenshot and for some reason they cannot or do not know how to take a screenshot, so getting good info about the problem is hard. As for the out of plugins we are in the process of obtaining the license keys and updating. I do have access to cpanel so will have a look on there and thanks for the quick reply cheers.
