 * Hi Team,
 * released **version 1.4.2** of the **T4B News Ticker** plugin. Plugin also same
   issue is not working in dmone cloud website. it is working only old version. 
   Please check it once.

 * Thanks for replay
 * When I store the old backup it works. If I update the present plugin it doesn’t
   work. I also deleted the cache as you said. That didn’t work. Now the old backup
   works but it stops again after 3 hours.
