If you are using a contact form please make sure you have configured the email field in Auto-reply.This can be done in Form Dashboard > User Auto Reply under the Notifications section.
Configure the available short tags which you can from the link ERF short tags just below the message box, copy the short tag for email, and paste it in the field provided for Recipient(s).

Thank you for writing to us. “you are already logged in” should appear only if the user is logged in. We noticed that you are using a cache plugin. Can you disable it and then let us know the results?

In order to redirect a user to a specific page after submission, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Form Dashboard
2. Click on Post Submission in the Configure section
3. In the Redirection field insert the URL you want the user redirected to after submitting.
4. Save when done.Also, if you are logging in users after registrations, the configurations for login redirections are configured correctly.
In order to check that,
1. Go to ERF Global settings > Login options
2. Insert the URL for the page you the user to redirect to, after the verification

Please make sure you’ve configured the field and meta keys correctly because, if it is working on your local setup, it should be working on your live website too (please check security settings, if there is any, configure it to show the images)

Please make sure you chosen the option of Registration Type form and not Contact Type form, which you have to choose when you create a new form.
In order to view submissions, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Form Dashboard of the desired form
2. Click on Submissions, you will be redirected to the Submission Overview page
3. Click on any desired submission.To view the details of the user, click on the email address at the top of the submission details.
