In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Floating Cart has disappearedThanks! The minicart widget on those screenshot is not the floating cart. It’s the regular cart widget. Are you sure you used the “Floating cart” under the Widgets section on your site? Screenshot: http://take.ms/bWytr
If that’s the widget you use and it doesn’t work as expected, then probably it’s somehow related to the theme, as you suggested. Can you send us your theme so we can test it locally?

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Floating Cart has disappearedHi Kenika,
We inspected the site and cannot find the widget in the source code of the site. Can you please make sure you have the floating cart widget added to one of visible widget area under WP admin -> Appearance -> Widgets ?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Floating Cart has disappearedWe just checked it locally – the floating cart widget seems to work fine with the latest plugin version.
Probably, the problem on your side is caused by some third party plugin or widget. Did you change anything recently on the site? Can you provide a link to your site so that we have a look?

You can also install the plugin using the WordPress built-in plugin installer:
– In your WordPress admin backend, navigate to Plugins → Add New
– Under Search, type in “Ecwid” and click Search
– In the search results, find the Ecwid Ecommerce Shopping Cart plugin and click Install now to install it
– When plugin is installed click Activate Plugin link
– Navigate to the “Ecwid Store” page in your WordPress admin backend and follow the instruction provided there to add store to your siteHi,
You can add or remove any item (page) to the menu of your site using the WordPress built-in Menu manager tool. To open it, navigate to Appearance->Menu in your site backend. There, you will be able to remove the store item from the menu. See also: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide#Deleting_a_Menu_Item
By the way, you may consider empowering the store menu item so that it won’t only be a menu link but also a drop down with your store categories. So, you might want to keep it in the menu then. Ecwid allows you to create a drop-down categories menu right from the menu item. Use this instruction to do that: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/207101259-Wordpress-downloadable-#Drop-downCategoriesMenu
Please let us know if you have any question,
Thanks,
