In reply to: [Loco Translate] Woocommerce not synced correctlySo those strings are not saved in the database. I don’t know if it’s a configuration issue or something going wrong with my theme.
For what I know about gettext once I inserted a new string in theme files, that should appear in my Loco theme file as well, ready to be translated.
So any help would be highly appreciated.

@sandeepsisfy Thanks for posting this and I totally share your review. The plugin and the assistance has not improved so far (I’ve even bought their $80 addons to manage products and it’s un-commentable really).
The code is poor and it’s not worthy the cost. I confirm that the documentation doesn’t exist yet.

To compare the things, could you please let me know about your nginx.conf and local.conf?

Thanks for the quick response. unfortunately not. That was from Safari and this is from Chrome:

Thanks.So basically we are still facing this problem and the premium support doesn’t exist.
I warn everybody that paying for this plugin is not a good idea because the people working there totally ignore requests (we’ve sent 4 emails and 2 contact requests without any answers)
Further, the documentation is poor, we are facing this problem with nginx and no mention about it in their support.
Latest, it’s very weird that they don’t have a ticketing system to assist customers. It’s the first time I see it for a premium plugin. Probably this is the reason why they are not on themeforest.
Of course we bought this plugin, PRO version.
We use nginx.
