 * Hi [@crowinck](https://wordpress.org/support/users/crowinck/) – thanks for sharing
   your feedback. While many users find value in the pattern library (which includes
   patterns that make use of the MetaSlider block), we understand that it may not
   be useful for everyone.
 * We’ve also heard feedback about the disable options not being easy enough (like
   you said, to disable it on the entire site today, it requires an MU plugin).
   We are working on an easier way to allow admins to enable or disable the library
   in the interface. This will likely be available in a couple of weeks and I’ll
   report back here to let you know when that is available.

 * This is certainly a balance that we are trying to strike. We’ve added a note
   in the library itself to try to make it clear where the library came from. We
   also have a section about it in the plugin readme (but admittedly, there is a
   lot of content there). We also added an admin notice letting people know about
   this new feature. We are trying to make sure we are being transparent, but not
   annoying people with too many notifications. However, your feedback is helpful
   to hear that you don’t find it transparent enough.
 * Thanks again for providing your feedback. It helps us to continue improving and
   providing a better experience for our users.
 * Chris

 * Thanks for pointing this out [@nwdwordpress](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nwdwordpress/).
   We’ll get that corrected. Appreciate it!
