I didnt find any flat.css in my theme editor. So i go to this location,
/public_html/wp-content/themes/coeur/framework/css/templates/flat.css
edited it as you have said. But no change , still the same. Is there anything I am missing ??
I want to add border for both post and homepage excerpt..
Can u suggest me, any plugin to do that??
