Hi Dan,
Thanks for your advice.
Of course, I had tried everything you recommend but without success.
And there must have been a problem with version 10.1 of Jetpack because I just updated to 10.2 today and everything works again without problem!Thank you all for your responses
Hi Medhi,
Thanks for the link to the previous versions of Jetpack.
The problem isn’t related to the Tab plugin.
Here is a test page: https://www.outofphase.fr/2021/10/01/test2/
Very simple, just a Jetpack gallery with 2 pictures and a WP audio playlist.
As you can see, the control bar doesn’t appear.Hi Bruce,
Thanks for your message. It worked fine until recent Jetpack updates. But I don’t know from which version of Jetpack the problem appeared.
How can I go back to a previous version of jetpack? Where can I download an older version? The audio playlist is the standard WP playslit with the following shorcode [playlist tracknumbers="false" ids="6179,6180"]. No external plugin.
Thanks for your help,

In reply to: [Polylang] Big problem with Jetpack GalleryHi,
Sorry for the delay.
With Polylang prior to 2.8, I used the same media files (pictures, sounds… ) for the two languages (English and French) on my web site.
As the developer explained, it was a flaw in his software.
So, since Polylang 2.8, you have to multiple the media files for each language, exactly as you do for the articles.
I hope my explanations are clear.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Polylang] Translate media but don’t lose images in existing postsAre you using Jetpack for your galleries?
There is a big problem with Polylang and the medias.
I have a site with pages in French and English.
I have many galleries made with Jetpack. It works in French pages but no images appear in English pages, no galleries work in English pages.
Everything worked perfectly with Polylang 2.7. But with 2.8 it is a nightmare and the developer is not responding to any thread on this issue.
The support for this plugin is terrible!
90% of the subjects are unanswered.Hi,
Good news π
It works again with the new developement version of Polylang.Message from the developer of Polylang:
Hi,If you wish, you can test the development version that I just pushed on GitHub. https://github.com/polylang/polylang/archive/master.zip
If this is confirmed to fix the issue, this will be part of the next version 2.4.1.

DavidHello Jorge,
How to create a support ticket?
I think there is a conflict between the last version of Polylang (2.4) and Custom Sidebars. Indeed, if I deactivate Polylang, Custom Sidebars works again.
I don’t know how to downgrade Polylang.Cheers,
DavidHello,
Same problem here since I’ve updated Polylang in 2.4 today.
