Hi @margaretwporg , hope all is well.
Even after clearing the hosting cache (Kinsta) as well as the plugin one (WP rocket) we did not find the bounce rate issue to be resolved.
The rest of the tracking looks fine. Any more inputs on what else might be causing this?

I use WP Rocket for caching and will be clearing the cache manually. I will update you in 2-3 days after I have enough data to check the bounce rates.
