No cache plugin in use or conflicts found.
For those with the same issue, I managed to fix it by selecting “Apply custom access settings” and selecting “Content accessible to Everyone” on the Ultimate Member Section of the Options (Right panel) of that specific page (Password Reset).

I’m trying to do the same but I don’t see any “Send this notification” options.
I need to do exactly that, Email admin when user edits an entry
