Do you have a YouTube API key and how much more do you have in your quota? This issue often happens when you have have no more credits and cannot pull anymore from the API. If you have caching (the plugin’s or external) that will help.

As far as the support issue at hand, that would be a theme issue. Your theme has control over when to process shortcodes or not. You’d have to find in your template where the issue is, and surround the output with https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/do_shortcode/ if you want to show the actual video. Or, if you want to strip it out altogether, use this https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/strip_shortcodes/ You would have to contact your specific theme developer for more assistance, but hope that helps.
