Can you check to see if this is a plugin conflict? Disable all your plugins and see if the issue persists.

With the 1.7.0 versions of Make, we’ve moved the logo to WordPress core. You now find logo in the General → Site Identity options.

You can set a link from each image to a page that displays the image larger, but the Gallery section does not support lightbox functionality (where you click it, and it gets larger in a pop-up).
