Hi projecta, sorry to hear you are getting the same result, but good to know I’m not the only one. FYI I asked the “support team” about this and they insisted i buy the add-ons before they could provide any support. So I purchased it both add-ons. Despite this I’m yet to get an answer, support is slow and frankly disappointing. I’ve just send them another email because it’s been more than 2 days since I’ve heard from the support team. Hopefully, they’ll surprise me and find a solution soon.
I’ll post it here if I get an answer.
