I’m going to have to wait until I get my website coder on the phone to try this out. It may be a few days.

Who’s the forum admin? You mean wp.org?

I don’t think this has anything to do with a server being down. I just responded to another plugin & again my comment was held for moderation.

And my post to wp.org on their forum was ALSO deleted.

I’m getting very irked by this if you have any suggestions, since they are blocking my account for no reason.

I’ve been on here & had an account since 2012 with NO issues until now.

Right, & I told you 2-3 times that I couldn’t find it in the left nav & to give me the name that would show up on the left nav.

Of course you ignored me & just kept pushing your payment link instead of talking to me about what I said 2-3 times & yet you don’t want me to call you stupid.

The 2nd link you gave me was also the payment link. I never clicked on it because it was for a payment I wasn’t going to give you since I had no idea who you were.

And had you just looked my account up to see why I couldn’t find it, you would have seen I got a refund & that’s why I couldn’t see it in my plugins area, but you didn’t do that either. This caused my time to be wasted & it made you look bad trying to pressure me into paying without answering my question.

Now rather than go back & forth again, maybe just accept your responsibility in all of this instead of trying to deny what really happened.

I suggest next time if the customer can’t find your plugin name, that you look them up to even see if they paid & if you refund someone, remove them from your auto pay emails so this doesn’t happen again.

AND don’t send only one email giving the customer less then a day to pay so they are all stressed out because you didn’t give them any notice.

I have no idea what happened, but I thought I was emailing you guys & I wasn’t, I was emailing another plugin dev team.

They lied to me & told me their plugin does what I need, they tried to scam me more money & I kept mentioning your price & they didn’t say anything. Then they gave it to me for free & now that it’s obvious it doesn’t do what we need, they are ignoring me. sigh

Can I get your email & that code please. I would have ordered the next day had I known I wasn’t talking to you, LOL & it must have been another dev I had emailed b/c I emailed all of you at once. I’ll have to find their WP page.

Oh, well that’s what it said in WP, it mentioned “open share account” along with your name & it sounded like the message was from you. You know all of those messages at the top of your window?

I don’t see it now, but if I do, I’ll add it to this ticket.

I do recommend you get rid of that message b/c that turned into hours of trying to get this working.

I’ll check out the pro version.
