The problem has been resolved with version 2.1.2.
Please send the full log file to support (at) equalserving.com.
Thank you.
Hi Chintesh,
There should have been an error id in the log file that would describe the issue. Can you please provide that.
Also, what subscription plugin are you using?
Thank you.
No, that is not possible. All contacts that get fed to ActiveCampaign via the plugin are subscribed to the selected list. Can you create an automation that checks the product tag and if the tag does not match X, you unsubscribe them from your list?

In reply to: [Connect WooCommerce to ActiveCampaign by EqualServing] Not ready for php 8.0Thank you. An update is forthcoming.
Hello,
We received many requests from users of the plugin to feed all customers into AC whether they selected the newsletter optin or not because they sold courses that were dripped via AC automations. To accommodate those users – the latest version of the plugins feeds all customers into AC and then use that tag to segment your newsletter audience.

Thank you.
I don’t believe you have the plugin configured properly. Can you please go to https://equalserving.uservoice.com/ and open a ticket and send us a screenshot of your configuration page.
Thank you.
Correct.
No other order data is fed to AC from WooCommerce using our plugin.
Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
You must enable ‘Tag products purchased’ to have the products in the order sent to AC.
Can you take a screenshot of the plugin configuration page and post it here? Of course, obfuscate the API details.
That portion of the log file indicates that the test user did not opt in for emails. Can you check to be sure the test user opts in.
Check to be sure that the order has triggered the send event.
If you set the trigger to be on the Order Completed event, check to ensure that the test order has reached the Completed stage in the order process.
I can’t help you with that – you would have to write a custom function to populate that field on import.
As far as the timestamp issue – check your AC configuration. AC Support can help you with that. We are not affiliated with AC.
