I’m unable to give a link as working locally (with WAMP).
I did make that change you mention, with the “right sidebar setting”. However I didn’t disabled it (unless that happens automatically when using another option).
I currently activated it back, and the only way to make it look like before is doing a fresh install of WordPress.
The idea for the sidebar is to have it similar to your demo.

Sorry, I will explain myself better.
I have one property that was published, so I click to open that property´s page.
However, instead of seeing all the details related to that property, I get a list of properties (like a search).In short, when I open a property’s page, I don´t see it’s properties but rather another feature.
Did you add a billing option in Google?
The Maps api is no longer free, so they ask you for a billing information to charge once you exceed a certain amount of data (for big sites mostly). You may need to generate a new API key as well.
With that said, it is not a problem from WP-Property side (I suppose)
