Hi, I’ve just re-installed the entire thing, and used the original account that my WordPress.com website used to be hosted on, now it seems to be working.
However, when I try to use the JetPack Debug tool, I still get the error”Debug
Unknown error”. So I’m not sure if the Jetpack is really working as intended.

Hi, thank you for your reply. But as I said in my post earlier on

In fact I tried it twice. But the process was quite buggy, i.e. it told me “error authorising” or something along those lines and I had to authorise twice before I could proceed.
Just to make it clear, do I have to connect to the wordpress.com account which previously hosted my website? I had created another account due to the fact that I was concerned that the old account was the issue.
