@macsopinion but anytime your wordpress site gets updated, won’t the custom code in header.php be overwritten?
I think that’s the idea for the plugin. Unless you go back and keep adding the custom code every time your wordpress update changes the header.php file.

Also, regarding the following tip from your suggested link:
“If you run multiple blogs on the same server, it is wise to consider keeping them in separate databases each managed by a different user. This is best accomplished when performing the initial WordPress installation. ”
How is the best way to accomplish the above mentioned strategy? Each time I installed WordPress on my last server, I don’t remember having an option to create a different database or anything similar.

In your opinion, are there any “must-have” security plugins for wordpress, that are free?

PS – Is there a way to remove the link to my website? Just worried it might make it a easy target for hackers if I have the link there talking about how I’m not very good at website security
