In reply to: [Design Upgrade for LearnDash] Course Grid Short Descriptions hiddenHi Ken – Thanks for pointing this out. It was indeed our code that was hiding your course grid short description. We just released an update (2.11.1) that fixes this issue.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This was only applying to those using the “Legacy” Active Template in the LearnDash settings. LearnDash has not supported this setting for at least 3 years, and because of that, we no longer support it either.
We made an exception this time to fix this one issue, but we won’t be making updates to the Legacy templates in the future. You must be using the “LearnDash 3.0” active template to receive updates with Design Upgrade for LearnDash.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Widget Areas for LearnDash] Question about this plugin possibilitiesHi Mayteck,
There is nothing in our plugin that will help you create any kind of checklist. And the plugin itself does not provide a way to add unique content on a course-by-course basis. This can be done by using another plugin alongside ours. Our plugin page has a video and some instructions on how to use the Widget Options plugin to target specific courses.
For what it sounds like you’re trying to do, I don’t think our plugin is the best solution. You’ll probably want to write some custom code to achieve this.
I don’t fully understand what you’re trying to accomplish so it’s hard for me to provide any ideas. I don’t know exactly what you mean by a checklist.
It kind of sounds like you might want to use a form plugin to ask the students some questions, and then depending on their answers, place them in a program (LearnDash calls these “groups”), and then that group would have several courses in it. This would be a bit tricky to set up but I think it’s doable with an automation plugin (Zapier or Uncanny Automator).

In reply to: [Design Upgrade for LearnDash] Great Plugin and Exceptional Customer ServiceThanks for trusting us, Arika. We’re so glad we were able to make your life easier and improve the design of your LearnDash site.
Our plugin does not have this feature.
Unfortunately, I have not heard of anyone else requesting this, and I’m not aware of any plugin or code that exists to accomplish it.
Best of luck figuring it out.

In reply to: [Design Upgrade for LearnDash] Bug in the quizzesGlad the CSS worked for you 🙂.
I wasn’t able to reproduce it using Astra or GeneratePress as the theme, so maybe it was the combination of our plugin with your theme 🤷♂️. I forgot to include the screenshot I mentioned in my previous post. If you care to see it for whatever reason, just let me know and I can provide it. But since the issue is resolved, it’s not as relevant anymore.
Let me know if you need help with anything else!

In reply to: [Design Upgrade for LearnDash] Bug in the quizzesHi @michal999 – I’m pretty sure that is happening because of some CSS in your theme, and not because of our plugin. Did you try disabling our plugin to see if the issue persists?
See the screenshot below. Your theme’s CSS is adding
::beforeand::afterpseudo-elements to the<input>. LearnDash does not do this by default, nor does our plugin. Can you try checking with the theme developer? Or at least disable our plugin first to see if the issue goes away or persists.
And if they aren’t helpful, you can also try this CSS to fix it.

In reply to: [Widget Areas for LearnDash] text color changes for no reasonWe fixed the issue offline. It was due to some custom CSS that was written incorrectly. It didn’t actually have to do with the Widget Areas plugin itself because we don’t apply any text color styling whatsoever.

In reply to: [Widget Areas for LearnDash] text color changes for no reasonHi @haytov – My apologies but I don’t speak your native language so the video you provided didn’t help with my understanding of your issue.
Our plugin doesn’t do anything to change the color of text or buttons on your website. It should not have any impact on that.
In order to investigate further, I would need a login to your site so I can see the blue text. I’d also ask for the URL of one of the pages where the blue text is appearing. You can email this information to [email protected].

In reply to: [Design Upgrade for LearnDash] Forced Expansion of (Question Overview Table)Hi Kemo,
You can use this CSS to restrict the question table back to 100px height, which is what LearnDash does by default.
.ldx-plugin .learndash .wpProQuiz_content .wpProQuiz_reviewDiv .wpProQuiz_reviewQuestion, .ldx-plugin .learndash .wpProQuiz_content .wpProQuiz_reviewSummary .wpProQuiz_reviewQuestion, .ldx-plugin .learndash .wpProQuiz_content .wpProQuiz_box { max-height: 100px; }Add this code to the Additional CSS area of Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

In reply to: [Design Upgrade for LearnDash] Is dark mode possible? No, dark mode is not an option with Design Upgrade for LearnDash. It’s not an option in our pro version either.
However, we did write some CSS you can use if you’re looking to turn LearnDash focus mode into a dark mode. View our focus mode dark mode CSS here →
You might want to read the caveats on this page first.
