I’m also having trouble with this at my site owlandink.co.uk. I have enabled the Under Construction Page, emptied the cache and deleted my browser’s cache, but can still access my site even when logged out. I asked a friend to visit the site from her computer, and she couldn’t see the ‘under construction’ page either. Could you help please?
