It’s specifically on this site: [https://krusteundkrume.at/backworkshops/](https://krusteundkrume.at/backworkshops/) with the product “Buttrige Croissants” in the grid. If you click on the product you’ll see that the top row of tiny thumbnails for the other product images is also not cropped. This is not a problem with the specific product, it’s a problem with all newly uploaded images. Yes, you described the problem exactly. I had two test orders, both set to“ Processing”. I activated the code and got the two gift card emails but with a wrong name attached. Everything else in the email (message, gift card amount, code etc.) correct, only the name of the gift giver was wrong. * We already have the box “Use WooCommerce Transactional Email System” unchecked at all times. It was unchecked when the problem occurred and has been for quite some time. We unchecked it because some customers didn’t get the emails at all at first and this was a suggested solution. * The problem doesn’t seem to occur with new orders. I ordered a gift card after activating the code and the name was correct. I’m not in need of immediate support any longer since the damage has already been done, but I am a bit afraid the problem will reappear and I will have no way of knowing until customer complaints come in. When I activated the snippet I recieved the two gift cards of the test orders I made. Everything was correct except the name of the gift giver. Instead of the name I entered when ordering, it was the name of a customer who had ordered a gift card some hours previously. This is a bit alarming! Did this happen with all the gift cards where the order was not yet marked as complete? It doesn’t have to be the confirmation email, it could also be the invoice email or even a short code I can put into the invoice itself. Thanks for the reply. Is this reflected in the cart and the order confirmation? What I mean is, what is the order in the cart and order confirmation supposed to look like? In our shop it’s the following order: * Subtotal Shipping -Gift card Amount to be paid Tax * Is this as intended or is it supposed to be more like this?: subtotal shipping tax total -gift card amount to be paid * Because if another plugin is interefering, the cart order is how I could test it. I think I was on the wrong track altogether. That I activated Firefox track protection when the add to cart button stopped workig looks like it was pure coincident because right now I can’t add a gift card to the cart on any browser with any settings and neither can anyone else. * The problems some few people with firefox had for the last months seems to be an entirely separate one and probably down to individual settings or an add-on that is interfering. * The problem now seems to be, the add to cart button doesn’t work for gift cards at all and I have now noticed that the field for email, name etc. has vanished as well. I will send you a link to our website as an email.
