In reply to: JetPack Subscription FormHello lovely people of WordPress,
I am actually seeking the exact same thing for my super-awesome blog on dating, relationships, lifestyle and learning.
I love the hassle-free auto-notification of Jetpack’s subscription plugin, and I want this to be connected with a pop-up window on the homepage! This must be possible somehow…anyone have any input?
Much love,
EVOSide note: I have tried to correct some of the issues that might have been causing the crawl errors (DNS, Server Connectivity, Robots.txt Fetch). I can’t tell if the error reports that are showing up are from previous issues with my site, or if they are recurring now.
Is there any input about what might make things run more smoothly? I can’t tell if this is simple or way “out there”.
Okay, so an updated sitemap appears to have been approved…it shows that some pages have indeed been indexed.
However, I still see the same Crawl Error message pertaining to Robots.txt. The pages do not seem to be showing up on Google unless I enter site:URL…I am guessing there is still something wrong.
ANY ideas?

In reply to: HTTP Error 500 following php edit, cannot access admin panel.I suppose that’s true. I do keep the backups, and at least now I know how to troubleshoot. Thanks for the help! =)

In reply to: HTTP Error 500 following php edit, cannot access admin panel. You, Sir Clayton James, have saved the day.
I will keep my hands out of the php-coding cookie jar from now on. It took me some searching, but I was ultimately able to locate functions.php in the file manager and get rid of the block of shoddy code that put the whole thing under. Maybe this was an elementary error, but without you I would have been totally lost.
Thanks mate!
