@mattyrob
sorry for I don’t have Aurth to change functions.php,
The way I use phpmyadmin to delete data is work for me,
but this not a good way and unsave to do.
If this reall a problem, can you make a new ver. for us to update?really and very thanks for your share and help! good luck for you!
yes, right.
We can not delete the Public Subscribers .
Is the PHP or WordPress version are the reason of this problem?The users in my WordPress “menus users” only have 16 account are my coworkers.
And we have 892 members in the Subscribe2 plugin, I think that is different thing we thought.
Maybe is the issue of database authority but I can’t check.
How can I do now?
Yeah, I really did this flow ~
Delete single email from my WordPress system – removing both the subscriptions settings and the user account, select checkboxes next to the required email address then choose Delete in the Bulk Actions drop down (both 2 drop down options) and then click the Apply button.
It would show delete success message, but users are not reduction anyone, and if I search the user I deleted, it still there.
The email is this ” [email protected] ” .
