Hi @artisanweb,
You are very welcome!
In the meantime, did you get a chance to check out that child theme template path, and were you able to override the
archive-event.phpfile successfully on your staging site? Please let us know if it worked out or if you run into any trouble with it, we want to make sure your temporary fix is running smoothly while we work on the official update!
Best regards,

Hi @lhommedecosse,
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you do not need the multiple branch or location functionality for your restaurant, you can easily disable it completely. Please navigate to WPCafe Settings > Modules on your WordPress dashboard and toggle the Location module off: https://prnt.sc/D1uV2UHExZVJ. This will remove the location functionality from your WooCommerce checkout page.
Additionally, regarding the issue where clicking the link navigates you back to the checkout page, our development team has already investigated and fixed this bug. The fix will be included and fully available in our upcoming next release.
Please keep an eye out for the update notice in your dashboard! If you need any further assistance in the meantime, feel free to ask.
Best regards,
M Mahbub
Hi @chihi108,
Yes, we have already fixed it and hope today we will release that and if you need beta fixed version then please reach us more through landing so you can get it. And for Event slider you can use our Elementor widget: https://prnt.sc/U9JIy4SwcrYy Event Slider to show exactly how you need. And also we have shortcode name Event Slider to show it on any page you want if you dont want to use Elementor then.
I hope you get it.

Hi @artisanweb,
That is a great temporary workaround, and we love the initiative!
To make sure your custom HTML doesn’t get overwritten when you update the plugin, you can safely override the template using your child theme. For Eventin, you just need to create a folder named
wp-event-solutioninside your child theme directory and place the template file there. The structure will look like this:your-child-theme/wp-event-solution/templates/archive-event.phpHowever, since you are managing 12 websites with a similar layout and looking for a much simpler, long-term solution without dealing with code overrides on every single site, we have some great news for you!
We will definitely build a native solution for this. We are planning to include an option to easily add custom content before and after the event listings right from the plugin settings. Our team is on it, and we hope to release a new version within the next week that will feature this update for sure!
Thank you again for your patience and for helping us make Eventin a perfect alternative for your projects.
Best regards,
M Mahbub
Hi @chihi108,
Thank you for reaching out and catching that mismatch!
We are really sorry for the confusion caused by the ticket count discrepancy. Our technical team is already aware of this issue and has isolated the cause. We are currently working on a fix, and we will be releasing an official update very soon where the event listing and the main event page will sync up perfectly.
In the meantime, as soon as our developers finish testing the patch, we would be happy to send you a beta fix version directly so you don’t have to wait for the official rollout.
Regarding your question about the event carousel, yes, you absolutely can display your events in a carousel layout! You can do this easily using our Elementor widgets, Divi modules, or Gutenberg blocks depending on the page builder you are using on your site. Because we have shortcode option to show event list anywhere.
Thank you for your patience while we get this ticket count sorted out.

Hi @artisanweb,
Ahh got it. Yes its actually a necessary option you have claimed. But for now, we don’t have this option. But if you told us to do that then we will do that for you asap within the next release. As after visiting we checked the page and got you had already moved into another plugin if you let us know then we will do the custom things for you asap, and if possible, will provide you with the beta fixed version.
Please let us know your expectations. Thanks for being with us.
Hope you got it.

Hi @mattyice808,
We have checked that, using the organizer login, the map is working fine from our end. Would you please reach out to us more via landing. So we can check your site more deeply?

Hi @artisanweb,
Thank you so much for your valuable interest in Eventin! We are thrilled to hear that your testing is going well so far as you look into replacing The Events Calendar.
Regarding your first question about the page heading and the title tag, we want to make sure we understand your query deeply. Could you please brief us one more time and, if possible, share a screenshot marking exactly where the “Event Archive” heading is appearing and what you would like it to look like?
We took a quick look at your site, and the browser header tab seems to be displaying the event title nicely on pages like this one: https://staging.plasmaenan.co.uk/events/demo-digital-marketing-summit-2025/
Once we see the exact archive page layout you are referring to, we’ll be able to guide you better.
As for your second question, we don’t currently have a built-in option to add content before and after the event listings like The Events Calendar does. However, if you can share a screenshot or mock-up showing exactly where you need to insert that content, we would be happy to look into it and try to provide a workaround or custom hook solution for you.
I hope this helps, and we’ll be waiting for your reply!
Best regards,
M Mahbub

Hi @mattyice808,
I am really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you and your event organizers.
We are jumping in to check this specific permission issue with the Google Maps integration on our end right away. If it turns out to be a bug with the latest update, we will definitely get it solved for you as a priority.
Please allow us a little time to investigate and test this thoroughly. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an update!
Best regards,
M Mahbub
Hi @rkesize,
Hi!
Thank you for reaching out and sharing these specific version details with us.
We went ahead and checked into this based on your report, and we can see that the products from the Food List Widget aren’t adding to the cart as they should on your setup. Interestingly, this isn’t an issue we are seeing from any of our other customers, so it looks like a change made in the recent updates might be conflicting with something specific on your site.
Because every WordPress environment is a bit unique, we would love to take a much deeper look into your site to see exactly what’s causing the conflict and get this sorted out for you.
Could you please reach out to us more through landing? So our technical team can jump in and investigate this closely for you.
Looking forward to getting this fixed!
Best regards,
M Mahbub
