After reading the how to deactivate plugins, I’m still not completely sure how to disable the plugins.
I don’t know anything about playing with code.
My blog is hosted through GoDaddy. Should I be able to access the blog through a GoDaddy admin panel since I can’t access my regular wordpress admin panel?

I am having the same problem.
I am not a programmer and I’m not real computer savvy so please excuse my lack of understanding.

When I was updating a widget my screen immediately turned white and currently has this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function rp_get_default_options() in /home/content/d/e/r/derekfalk/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/recently-popular/recently_popular_widget.php on line 18
I can’t get to my admin panel and my blog is just gone!
How do I fix this? What is “ftp”?
