CDN is on at my website and with 4.6.3 there are no more issues with lightbox.

I have the same problem. Slimstat conflicts with NextGEN gallery form Imagely on 1 of my websites. Lightbox don’t appear when Slimstat is active. When I put SlimStat inactive, the lightbox effect works again.
If you want another tester,I have a testsite and live site where the same problem occurs.
Hope you can resolve this quickly.
