IT WORKS NOW!!!
After three days I finally am able to create forms.
I must have browsed over miles of posts and could not find any that matched my symptom.
In the end I deleted plugins till I was able to click “Create Forms” and it was able to give me a shortcode.
It’s going to be a good day today.
Turns out my other plugins were the big “0” and not Visual Form Builder.
In trying to create a form, it’s not generating a shortcode for me. I suspect it’s my abilities that are the big 0.
I’m missing something, but can’t seem to find anything that will give me a clue. Neither “not generating a shortcode Nor, 0
