  • Hey bobchou9

Thank you for letting us know. We have looked into the issue and found the code, causing it to redirect to an empty page.

We have started working on a fix. The user will then be notified of having reached the maximum number of login attempts and a timer will indicate the remaining time until he may try again.

We expect the changes to be implemented within the next week. I will let you know when the feature has been officially implemented.

    Hey shadynicnack

You can find our official documentation at https://www.active-directory-wp.com/docs/Getting_Started.html

I´ve also looked into your problem, and I believe I reproduced it. At the moment, the user interface is not very intuitive.

When you enter the “Import members of security groups” option, you will need to press the plus icon next to the input field in order for it to save your setting.

The error ‘[ERROR] No possible users for Sync to WordPress were found.’ is most likely caused by an empty setting for the security groups. So make sure you enter your security groups and then press the little plus icon next to it and then save.

    Example

If this does not solve your issue, please let us know and we will try to further assist you.

    Hey emuller

I´ve looked at your screenshot. It seems like you didnt actualy add the suffix by pressing the plus icon next to the input field. Please make sure it is added as shown in my screenshot.

    nADI suffix setting

Let me know, if this is the problem.

    Hello emuller

I´ve looked into your problem and was able to reproduce it.
When logging in you probably just entered the username emuller and entered the password.

The log tells us none of the suffixes succeeded.
When logging in you need to add your domain suffix e.g. [email protected]

    This should solve your problem.

Alternatively you could define a suffix by adding it to Active Directory Integration –> Configuration –> User –> Account suffix. After adding your suffix you should then be able to log in with only your username (emuller)

I hope I could solve your problem. If you still encounter this problem, please let us know.
