Thank you very much for your kind words and for using Dokan! We are happy to hear it’s resolving many of your multi-vendor ecosystem needs.
Please note that the mentioned plugin is not an official offering from the Dokan team, nor do we have any official compatibility or integration with it. We also do not currently have any official integration with a plugin that provides the functionality to convert the datepickers within the Dokan dashboard to the Shamsi (Jalali) calendar.
Due to this lack of official integration, we are unable to offer any specific insight or guidance on configuring the Dokan Shamsi Plugin or troubleshooting the datepicker conversion requirement.
You are welcome to explore and test the plugin on your own, but please understand that if you encounter any issues or conflicts, we will be unable to assist you directly in resolving them.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback and further questions. Here are the answers regarding wePOS:wePOS Compatibility & Payment Methods
- SumUp Compatibility: wePOS currently supports Cash and Card payments only. You will be unable to utilize SumUp or any other third-party payment methods.
- Adding ‘Tikkie’ as a Payment Method: Currently, you are unable to add Tikkie as a payment method in wePOS.
- Required Version for Payments: You are unable to utilize Tikkie payment. However, Card Payment is a Pro feature of wePOS.
Barcode Scanner Functionality
- Barcode Scanner Usage: Yes, wePOS works with a barcode scanner. This functionality is available by default for searching for products and quickly adding them to the receipt.

Based on your feedback, the navigation functionality works as expected in LTR format; however, the issue appears only in RTL format. In this case, further investigation is needed. We recommend contacting our official support channel, and we will be happy to look into the issue for you.

We’d be happy to address your two questions: Payment Gateway Integration (iDEAL, Card Payments)
Currently, direct payment gateway integration (like iDEAL) is not available within the wePOS solution itself.
- How to Handle Card Payments: You will need to receive the payment using any external card reader machine you currently use in your physical store.
- wePOS Feature: Our POS interface allows you to manually record the last 4 digits of the card number and the amount received for record-keeping purposes when taking a card payment through an external device.
Product Synchronization (Loyverse vs. Website)
wePOS is built to be fully compatible with WooCommerce.
- Synchronization Requirement: For a product to be available within the wePOS interface, it must be listed in your WooCommerce platform first.
- Products in wePOS but not on the Website: We do not offer a direct way to have products available in wePOS that are not also listed in your WooCommerce store. Since wePOS pulls data directly from your WooCommerce product catalog, they are one and the same. If you are looking to hide certain products from your main shop page while keeping them purchasable in wePOS, you may be able to use WooCommerce settings or an external plugin to hide them from the public catalog, but they still need to exist in the WooCommerce database.

We have confirmed that we can access the Vendor tab without any issue on our environment. The associated URL during successful navigation is indeed
my-website/wp-admin/admin.php?page=dokan-dashboard#/vendors.The issue you mentioned—where the URL only works when you remove the word
dashboard—may be triggered by the lack of proper permalink configuration synchronization between WordPress and the Dokan plugin.To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Permalinks.
- Without making any changes, scroll down and click the Save Changes button.
By resaving the configuration once again, you force WordPress to refresh its rewrite rules, which typically resolves this kind of routing error within Dokan.
For detailed instructions on permalink configuration, you can refer to the official Dokan documentation here: Dokan Basic Configuration – Permalinks
