Hello,

We have the very same problem with Cloudflare IPs. Many customers were banned trying to access our website.

I disabled IP banning features while waiting for a fix, which is not ideal.

Hello,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I use Divi indeed. I am glad to hear that the issue is known and a fix is being investigated.

In the meantime, I still manage to use 2FA by loading Jquery asynchronously with https://stackoverflow.com/a/10113434 and then re-execute javascript code in OTP form page (all that from the web browser console). Disabling 2FA is not mandatory in my case.
