 * I am sure that if the old header/footer is discontinued, we have to change it
   to the new one.
   Thanks for your answer [@bjf2000](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bjf2000/),
   but I don´t find the menu where I can switch it on. Can you help me? Does anyone
   know if this issue is fixed in the pro version?
